At Diversified Spaces, we do our best to ensure our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. But once in a while, you may receive damaged or missing items. That’s why we strongly urge you to do the following IMMEDIATELY after delivery:
- Inspect all cartons for visible damage and open to inspect for concealed damage.
- Count the number of pieces you received.
- Check for any damage or discrepancies on the carrier’s delivery order. Important: shipping damage must be reported within five days of delivery.
If there is any visible damage, it is your responsibility to immediately notify the carrier by notating this on the delivery receipt prior to the driver leaving your facility.
